My son is autistic and is scared of clippers but Lydia made him feel safe and comfortable she did a great job on his hair cut. Critical: ProfessionalismI’m not sure of the name of the woman working possibly Jordan. But she was extremely rude and unprofessional while working with me. I’ve gotten hair cuts from other great clips in the past and it was fine but she was aggressive and her clippers left a mark on my neck after she was finished. She was hostile and ruined my experience. Really disappointed as I usually would go to great clips for an affordable option but this recent visit really changed my opinion. I’ve gotten hair cuts from other great clips in the past and it was fine but she was aggressive and her clippers left a mark on my neck after she was finished. I’ve been using this location for a year or so and have had some good and some bad experiences. My last experience will be my last at this location, unfortunately. When I arrived there was one person sitting in the lobby ahead of me. 2 people showed up after me who checked in online I guess and went to the front of the line. No big deal except their screen showing your spot in line was off so you had no way knowing how many people were ahead of you. I continued to wait for a little over an hour until another gentlemen came in who checked in online and went right up to the chair. At this point I’m looking at an hour and a half wait to get my haircut. This may not have been an issue if someone had told me there were 100 people ahead of me and that my wait time was an hour and a half. Instead I see one person sitting there and assume a minimal wait since I have no other way of knowing who is ahead of me. I’ve had long waits here before but I was always informed about the wait. Left without the haircut and won’t be back. I feel like you should just demand online checkin if this is going to be a random walkins experience.
