I really like this place because of the great service! I visit every few weeks for a haircut and take my young daughter with me for just a shampoo, and months ago I quietly told the staff that it was “spa day” for her. From that moment on, every time we visit, she gets VIP treatment and feels so happy when we leave!

I took my son in for a last minute trim. He has very curly hair but we have been here a few times with no issues. The girl cutting his hair was brushing his hair and only did half the haircut when she told us that she wouldn’t finish because his hair was too tangled and it was “policy.” This has never been an issue before. Curly hair gets tangled quickly but every time before, the hairdresser has sprayed his hair wet and added conditioner and it brushes right out with a wet brush. This lady was trying to brush his hair out DRY!!! If you don’t know how to cut curly hair, we would’ve waited for another stylist. We paid for “half of a haircut” and went to the next great clips down 280 in Greystone and he is currently getting his hair cut with no issue because the lady sprayed it wet/spray conditioner and brushed it right out. This service was a JOKE! I’ll be contacting management for a refund for the laughable “half haircut.”

I have been using this great clips location since 2012. Over the years there has only been 4 stylists who I really enjoyed as my hair dresser. They all left over 10 years. Tara was the stylist I kept the longest. I loved her! She was very friendly, engaging, and she took her time to cut my hair. I never left there feeling disappointed.
