Went to get my haircut on a Saturday afternoon and did the online check-in at home right before leaving. Only had to wait about 10-15 minutes which is awesome for a Saturday cut. They even helped me pull up coupon I had seen on Facebook. Tammy who is the manager cut my hair perfectly and made friendly conversation while doing so. This was at the Great Clips on Silver Star in Ocoee. I definitely would go back again.

Tammie is absolutely awesome! She took the time to listen to what I wanted , I had a reference picture and she cut my hair exactly like the picture she also helped with the damage to my hair by prescribing my perfect prescription for my hair ( her words) I will definitely be coming back in 7 weeks for a little dust as she calls it ! I Highly recommend this Great clips The staff is awesome and you really feel like family both managers make you feel like you’re with your family it’s amazing ! Thanks Tammie for my amazing hair !

My experience at this salon has been mixed as Everytime I go it’s a different hair stylist. Today’s haircut was pretty bad. They ignored my instructions and cut it way too short. They claimed it’s how the reference picture is but even the reference picture had it longer. They only saw the picture for a few seconds and never asked to see it again as well. I did mention when I explained what I wanted, the picture was only in reference to the side and I instructed it to be longer on the sides. They should really double check before proceeding to cut it really short. You can’t undo a short cut when you are there but you can always cut it shorter if it’s longer.
