Yesterday I went back for another haircut. I left once again very satisfied. I asked for Susan and definitely worth the wait for. Susan pulled up notes from my 1st visit and asked if I wanted the same cut. I made a couple of changes and she did a great job. I will be back as I found my salon.

I went in for a trim. My hair was very long and down almost to my butt. Courtney cut my hair so so short and it’s completely choppy. I would go back to have them fix it, but they cut it so short I can’t stand to go any shorter. I will NOT be going to a Great Clips ever again. The staff was friendly but the haircut was not acceptable. I’m extremely angry with the cut that is now just barely past my shoulders.

Critical: QualityI’ve had two separate hair cuts here by different stylists and they’ve butchered my hair both times. The first time I asked the lady to just trim 3 inches off of my head and made sure to explain that I wanted it all one length multiple times and she decided to cut 3 inches off of the top of my head and then nearly shave the sides and back of my head. Not to mention she argued with me when I said my hair is curly and decided to inform me that if my hair was curly then she would know and then advised me that my hair is actually straight (at the time it had been straightened but my natural hair is and always has been curly). After a few months went by I decided to give this location another chance and the second stylist then gave me layers when I asked her to trim 3 inches off of my hair after I informed her that I wanted it all one length. I’m not sure why a simple trim is so difficult, but clearly the stylists here don’t know how to do basic haircuts. In addition to giving me layers that I adamantly said I didn’t want, she didn’t cut them even leaving me with a haircut that looks like a child cut it and the back was so uneven that my mom had to trim the back just so it would be even. I will never return to this place and definitely will never recommend them to anybody.
