I went for a simple hair cut and told the lady what I need layers on the sides and v shaped in the back. She took less then 10 minutes. When my hair dry I can actually see the cut better. There was no layers and no v shape. I went back the next day and Amanda told me if she cut too much it wouldn’t look good on the back. I insist for re cut the way I want it, then she trim the front in layers. So disappointed that I had to go back. Will never return.

Had a 8.99 coupon my 14 year old daughter went back to get her hair cut she was told she needed her hair washed the hairdresser finished the haircut and then we was told that the wash was extra without being discussed with the parent or the child before hand and convinced the child she needed a hair treatment for 12.99 saying that her hair needed it now the 8.99 haircut became a 28 dollar haircut by manipulating a kid we will not be returning to your salon for a while

The manager was talking about how there was a manager meeting the next day and how she was gonna dress extra nice and talked about how she goes up to the other women who would be there and bully them for how they dress and if they have makeup or not. She also said this one time went up to this one lady and asked her if she needed to borrow her makeup and hair brush because she doesn’t look good and they laugh about it. Also the lady doing my friends hair told her straight up she wouldn’t do The haircut she wanted because it wouldn’t look right on her but then proceeded to complain she was supposed to leave 30 minutes ago and she already cleaned all her equipment. This was 2 hours before closing mind you.
