Great Clips has so many good things going for them. First off, when I came to this Dunedin location they had my info from my usual Great Clips out in Utah. Second, they have the awesome check-in online service that makes waiting at the store a thing of the past. And third, the service was fantastic! The haircut was quick and looked great. I used to take my boys here and we always had female Bobbi cut their hairs, since she was the only one that could control their calicos. Then Covid hit. I made my appointment with the Great Clips app. It showed me that the appointment was available in 5 minutes. So I drove immediately there. I was shown to the chair. Since they are my usual place to get my hair done, my hair was started right away. I was finished very quickly and correctly. It was slightly shorter than normal but looked good. I had a coupon for the haircut so I was pleased with the outcome.
