Can’t beat the ease of use with their mobile check-in. The app mentioned a 32 min wait so I checked-in when I left the house and went thru the Wendy’s drive thru in the parking lot and by the time I parked and walked in I was #2 in line with 4 people under me and a 40 min wait had I not used their mobile check-in. I literally finished my burger and was called within 3 min of my arrival. Yvonne cut my hair and less than 20 min later I was leaving with a great cut and great experience! I will definitely be back as the last time I used my regular barber I waited almost an hour before even starting my haircut and the quality of my cut was just as good and if you’re able to get Yvonne during your visit, you won’t be disappointed… ♂️ ♀️

I don’t think I ever have had someone cut my hair as good as she did, she’s definitely an artist, she was friendly, funny, respectful and above all very professional!!!I am hoping that she will be there the next time I come, she knew exactly how to cut my hair ♂️, I don’t find someone like her very often and I hope Great Clips appreciate her as much as I do!!!Thank you Yvonne!!!So as I said above I love this branch and I love Yvonne!!I have one complaint and that is I came on a Sunday at 9:30am and was the first one there unfortunately you can’t check in until 10-15 minutes after they open so I ended up waiting another 20 minutes before I was able to have my haircut started.Needless to say I wasted 30 minutes of my time trying to save time.It seems like possibly a software problem or possibly an employee not doing their job, either way it needs to be corrected!!!I hope to get a response so I know someone is monitoring these reviews.I am taking away 2 stars until this is fixed.I have been going to this branch in Tarpon Springs for about 3 years and I couldn’t be happier with the service!!!01/09/2022 …More

I recently went to a recommended place and got an expensive cut. It looked perfect when done but within days, it wasn’t acting right. So later, I went to Great Clips and was lucky to run into Kathy. Not only was she a great entertaining conversationist, and not only did the cut look great, there have been several times I had to wake up and run, a quick brush and it looks great. Highly recommend.
