I had two really bad haircuts from a local barber… two in a row extremely bad…different layers, chopped… anyway I went to Great clips… easy check in…Hope cut my hair and straightened everything out and it looks awesome! I will be returning to her…I like the service there’s a senior discount and they put notes on your account of what clippers they used etc so when you come back they know what they did the last time… really nice operation and a clean shop and plenty of parking highly recommend! I have taken my daughter there a few times. Each time she gets a very short cut and they buzz the back. Twice they have knicked her pretty good. I know mistakes happen but the 3rd time we went the stylist had to stop cutting because her shift was over and she exclaimed oh no I need to go. And left with another stylist. My daughter had to wait over 10 mins for another stylist to finish the client she was working on then finish my daughter’s hair. All 3 times we noticed the sides were completely uneven. We won’t be returning and I wouldn’t recommend

I have been getting my haircut at the Location on Little Rd for years. The staff is very friendly and do a wonderful job on your haircut. Believe me I am very picky about who cuts my hair and dollar for dollar they beat the expensive places hands down.

RUDE! I went in asking for a shampoo and cut. I was told THIS LOCATION NEVER OFFERS SHAMPOOING EVER. I asked that and pointed to the price boardwhere it lists shampoo cut and style. She said Nope never. Shorter older lady with short brown hair. Seemed to not be bothered that her board offered shampoo and cut. She said looks like we won’t be helping you. As I walked out upset I heard another stylist said “did you tell her we offer appointments for that?” and the rude lady said “nope, why would i?” Disgusting. Why would I ever go to a great clips ever again.
