Ok I’ve never been here before, but you messed up my friends haircut. His hair is on different wavelengths because of you guys. I’ve spent the last 50 minutes of class absolutely tearing Into him, and he thinks it’s a good haircut. Once again, I’ve never been there before, but after seeing his abysmal haircut, I’ll definitely be going here for April fools day

I never take the time to write reviews because I normally have at the least “ok” experiences when I go places but this place has terrible customer service. Upon arrival the stylists were acting like it was the customers problem that they made an online appointment and had to repeat my information at least 5 or 6 times. Once we got that situated, I walked my 5 year old son to the chair and to their “inconvenience” I had my baby daughter in stroller with me and my 4 year old next me. Before my son could even sit on the cushion properly some lady comes walking out of the back all fast telling me “oh no! This is too much!!! You have to go back to the lobby!!” So here I am leaving my 5 yr old with a stranger while there was 3 unused booths right next to him that we could have easily stood by. The stylist had to come back to ask me what length we wanted after telling her several times prior. Once the hair cut was finished she waved me back to check and I was like “am I allowed back there??” And the other stylist got all touchy about my question like she was gods gift to earth and didn’t have to be considerate of family situations and/or didn’t anticipate that people would get offended by her terrible attitude. Upon checking out my sons hair cut it was lopsided. I simply asked for it to be chin length by the way. She quickly fixed it and kindly said he was moving during the hair cut but he’s literally 5 and didn’t have me there to help supervise. So if you’re looking for a CHEAP hair cut for a single adult, you might be ok but if you’re trying to go there for a small child I wouldn’t recommend it. I thought great clips was supposed to be family oriented but apparently I was greatly mistaken.

I brought my son here today. He asked for a light trim, but then the barber cut all of his hair off. He was crying during the hair cut process, and she didn’t stop to ask if anything was wrong. I came in after starting to shave my head and chickening out. Pam checked me in and asked me what Id like to do with it. I didn’t have a solid style to describe, but i told her vaguely what I wanted and let her cut how she thought would look best. She did NOT disappoint! I am sooo in love with my new cut! Pam was lovely and made me feel very comfortable. I recommend this salon.

Always go to Great Clips,Disappointed They are Cutting Back on French Braids and other things. They keep cutting back on normal things, no coloring already and Kim did my shampoo and blow dry really well. Asked if one of the stylish could take a Pic of three generations, GMA, Mom and Grandson we all had our hair done and in the mist of us talking the manager walked in and all of a sudden interrupted our conversation to tell what all she was changing and what they weren’t going to be doing. This was so “RUDE & ANNOYING” while we were talking. However I don’t think she cared one way or another. The staff tried to ask questions but she just didn’t care rather the stylist liked what she was saying. No wonder the stylish move from one location or another because of this particular management doesn’t care what they think and being disrespectful to staff. If I were to go back into this location, since my daughter is just down the street, and I saw this manager again and she was disrespectful to staff and rude to interrupt our conversation and tried telling us what she wasn’t going to allow in this location I would walk, but I don’t think she would care one way or another. Wonder if she’s hear of being kind, as we were and so was the staff. No one deserves to be treated like that!

Rude employees there by the name of Veronica. Short tempered and disrespectful. I was there a few weeks ago with my 3 girls. My two oldest got hair cuts. She snapped at us a few times including her co-worker while checking me out. I was taken aback but didn’t say anything. But, I kept the receipt with her name on it. Today, I called and asked for pricing as prices are not listed online and vary by shop. I called and asked for pricing for an adult cut for me. Then called back a few minutes later to ask for pricing to bring in my 2 year for her first haircut. This was definitely the same lady who answered. Her response was “you called me earlier!”, as if me calling was a bother to her. To add, in comparing haircut prices to other shops in the area, this shop is charging more for cuts. As a paying customer, it is my right to call and compare prices. This lady’s attitude needs to be checked and she needs to be re-trained or dismissed. I called back to speak to a manager about this lady’s attitude and my call was ignored. I ended up going to another location at Sun Lake where I felt appreciated and was not overcharged. Furthermore, everyone there was professional and courteous.
