Greeted and seated quickly and with a courteous and inviting smile. The only “issue” I had was that, for only having the stylist scissor ½ in. off the end of my hair (split ends), it cost me $18 and I tipped $5 for sitting there no longer than 8 minutes tops, and without even a short conversation with the stylist, it surprised me it cost that much. Otherwise, I was in & out in less than 15 minutes.

They always do a great job. Very clean and friendly. The only reason I have them a 4 stars instead of 5 is because the prices keep going up. Almost 20 for a haircut is a bit too much it kind of cuts into the tip I want to leave.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityToday (12/4/21) I decided to check in online before i left to go get a haircut. I usually walk in but I saw that there was a 20 minute wait so I decided to since I had to go to work in about 2 hours. By the time I got there, (it was only about 5 minutes) there was only one lady cutting hair, I was not greeted or offered to be checked in. I waited over an hour in there and still was not taken. There were 3 people working who continued to take new customers who were coming in after I got there. I got a text at 2:06 saying that I would be next up in 15 minutes. I was in the salon, I never at any moment left until 2:50 when a man came in with 3 kids and the lady, i believe her name was Lisa, asked him which one of his kids were going first. At this point I was fed up and had to be at work in an hour. After wasting my time for waiting over an hour to not even get spoken to once by an employee, I can’t even leave to go somewhere else now.
