The staff is very helpful and friendly at this Great Clips location. If you sign in online your wait will only be a few minutes. Great Clips keeps track of how you have your haircut via the company computer system, so no matter which location you visit they will have an idea of how you like your hair cut.

I was extremely disappointed with my haircut today. I am pretty lenient as to what constitutes a good haircut however today was really, really, bad. It was not bad because she cut the side sections of my hair completely off after I made a point to tell her not to, and it was not bad because she ran the clippers too far up in the back after I told her not to, but because she got upset that I reminded her, very nicely, that we had talked about how I wanted the haircut.She continued to not follow directions and then finally said that she was no longer going to cut my hair and left. Another stylist had to finish the haircut. Incidentally, that stylist kept saying, “this is not how you normally like it”and kept apologizing profusely. I think she was dumbfounded at how bad a job the initial stylist had done. I paid for the really bad haircut and I tipped the second stylist. You need to get rid of the first stylist. Not because she’s woefully bad at her craft, but because she’s rude.

I started using Great Clips because of their price, but they are much more than that. They keep notes in their system on how your hair was cut. This helps greatly since you may not always get the same stylist each visit. Showing a picture of a style you like is also good-that’s what I do – and I’ve never been dIsappointed!

Just received the worst haircut I have ever had. Asked the lady to take off 1 inch and clean everything up before my sisters wedding on Saturday. She cut off all of my curls, cut the two cowlicks on my head too short so now the hair stands up. And on top of all of that she told me she was going to just do a cleanup and not cut too much off. Been going to this great clips for over two years and she is by far the worst hair stylist I have ever had if you even want to call her that.

So happy I stumbled upon this little barbershop! I’ve been paying way toouch for haircuts since I moved to Ocala, and it’s deterred me from getting haircuts as frequent as I’d like. But I went to great clips almost by accident the other day, lol, and got a great and fast haircut for a very reasonable price! With my 20% tip (which I always give to my barbers!) included, the total was still less than a haircut without tip at my former barbershop. I spent $22 for a very nice fade from a very nice lady at GreatClips. I’ll be there again in 2 weeks

I needed a basic hair cut and I got exactly that. The stylist was friendly and courteous. The salon was clean and relatively busy but I only waited 15 minutes and I walked in. I paid 17.00 and left with a coupon for a discount on my next visit. I will definitely go back for my next haircut. Mind you they don’t do any chemical services.

For $17 I expect to be heard about what I want done and more than ten minutes for the amount of hair that I had. It would be nice to know that a licensed cosmetologist knows what a razor cut is. But, for ‘quick work’, a little incompetence, and albeit choppy, I suppose it’s a surprisingly decent cut. Everyone has their days.
