I down loaded the app just so I could set up the online appointment. I show up and they ask my name and I say Tim. She says ok I got you but you have a few ahead and I say fine. About a half hr goes by and she says hey is your name on the list? I say I made an appointment and you said I was on the list when I came in…. She says do you see your name on the List? No I say I dont but you said you did. Well you are not an the List so I could add you but you have to wait for about 50 minutes. How is that for customer service? I decided to leave .

Avoid this place at all costs. I have given multiple attempts to have a positive experience and not only do they give out the worst haircuts of my life, but their customer service is unacceptable. The most recent time I was told by Lisa, the manager, that she couldn’t tell me until after my haircut if they would honor my facebook coupon that brought me in. I’d rather pay more elsewhere.

Only 2 people working. Told me hour wait but nobody there yet. Wouldn’t cut my hair. You can’t call great clips a walk in if you can’t walk in. Some of us have a life and don’t know exactly where and when we can be at a location. The manager who cuts my hair was off or I would hope this would be different.
