Critical: ProfessionalismThis was the worst haircut I’ve gotten in my lifetime. The line over ears was literally almost inch high. The line in the back was straight and unprofessional. I am planning to go to professional barbershop with hopes they will fix with this not so great clips shop have messed up on my head. The lady finished my haircut in five minutes. I took my son in to get his haircut. The haircut is what it is. Even after having her fix a part she missed or didn’t fade correctly. Whatever, I wouldn’t gush about the haircut, let’s just put it that way. Then as I’m checking out, she tells me it is $16. I’m looking at the sign, wondering why I’m getting charged $16, instead of $14 for a children’s cut. My son is 9, I even asked why it’s not $14, he is 9. No comment from her, no comment the whole time my son is saying, I’m not 10. Which I clearly said numerous times, while she was giving me back my change, “I know you aren’t. You are under 10, it’s 10 & under.” Still nothing from the woman. So, I’m thinking she is giving me back my $6, alas, no, $4. I should’ve told her to take the rest of her tip out of the money, she stole from me, but I didn’t. It’s kinda ridiculous when you charge $14 for a kid’s haircut, anyways, but the kicker is when YOU just had a woman customer that DID NOT look 65 & older (more like late 40’s – middle 50’s), AND YOU charged her the children & senior discount of $14!! My son is actually 9, but yet I was charged more. The woman RIGHT BEFORE HIM WAS NOT A SENIOR AND CHARGED LESS!!! I was waiting long enough to read your board and pay attention to your interaction. I will NOT be coming back there. I will be speaking to a manager for my $2 refund. The problem with society today is that if anyone stands up from themselves, they are being “Karen’s” – I’ll be a Karen all day on this when you stole from me and misrepresented Great Clips.

I’ve gotten my hair cut four times in the last month. The first three times, were uneven or had random short spots. I decide to give great clips a try. Ashley cut my hair and not only did she listen, but she gave me a great hair cut that was exactly what I asked for. I’m Very happy and will be going back.
