Can’t describe the incompetence of this guy,just awful. I went for just a simple hair cut and i ended up almost bold because he couldn’t even fix it what he just did,I mean,it was just a simple touch up and went down south. Being there before with no problem (not the best hair cut but does the job) but today it was one of the worst experience I ever had in an barber shop. To them just not charging me for it was the solution but I wanted pay for it. Walked out with free hair cut but soooooo angry that I used the $14 to buy a case of beer(lol) to help me to forget this incident. I Won’t come back ever again. Good luck!!

My son loved to hv hair cut there with the young one until yesterday the elder one tried to do his hair. She asked question made my son nervous, and ..here we go … she found she thought lice.. with her arrogant said it’s lice, that white thing at the end of my son’s hair and didn’t move for certain long time, I said that was not lice. And got out from there, went to another great clip at Port charlotte and they did his hair cut there with no problem… that elderly woman was wrong and judmental.we miss the young hair styles there but never go back there.!!!!

Probably the best great clips I’ve been to. Very courteous staff. Clean establishment. Professional and helpful staff. And easily top 5 haircuts I’ve ever gotten. I wish I could remember the gentleman’s name that cut my hair he definitely deserves a lot of credit for the 5 star review. Will definitely be back. Go check them out you won’t be disappointed.

Just tried to get my hair cut here. I walked in and not a single customer waiting, or in a chair. The tall dark haired lady asked me if I checked in online. I said I did not. She told me there is currently a 36 minute wait. I turned around and walked out. If you’re going to be an appointment only salon, maybe you should advertise that, because I’ve had my hair cut there many times and NEVER have I checked in online. I’m a simple 10 minute haircut. 1 on the side and 6 on the top. This lady clearly did not want my business for whatever reason. Well guess what….you just lost it. I will never step foot in your salon again. Great business model.

I took my son and daughter here this morning to get both of them haircuts. My daughter told the stylist what she wanted done. She was told that what she wanted would make her hair too short. The stylist cut it the way she wanted, not what my daughter asked for. My daughter also asked for her bangs to be trimmed and that request was also ignored. When it was my sons turn with the same stylist, I told her I wanted a number 2 fade on the sides and finger length on top. She proceeded to shave his entire head with a #2 guard. By the time I could say anything the damage was done. Absolutely the worst experience. Would not recommend at all!
