I waited 25 minutes beyond my appointment time. The person in the chair ahead of me looked like he was done when I walked in. She had to be cutting 1/16″ each time on a crew cut style. She spent as much time idle chatting with the customer as she did re-cutting his hair. Nobody cared about my time. Nobody said anything or tried to address the situation. It’s Great Clips. You get in and you get out. At least that’s how it has always been up until now. After I went next door to the grocery store, she walked right by me as I was leaving. No telling how much longer she spent on him, but nobody was making money on that guy, and certainly not from me after that.

I had a need for a rush hair cut, to fix a slip of the scissors. I went in with the desire to just minimize the look of the stubby bangs I made while trying to mend my hair cut. I paid $20 with tip (I normally pay $100) and I really like this cut. She did an awesome job with such a limited choice of things to do fix it. I would go back.

I saw Maria today and she did a fantastic job! She was extremely careful not to cut my side swipe bangs too short. Very friendly, keeps a conversation going and best of all cut my hair just the way I wanted. Highly recommend this stylist.

I arrived on time and was checked in online. I sat outside in the chair provided waiting because a client was in the hair cutting chair with no mask and another in a chair waiting, no mask. When the client in the chair got up I was next so entered but the one waiting and not checked in was taken first. The hair stylist said she’s be fast.

I like going here because they are friendly and document my hair cut preference. No matter who cuts my hair knows how to do it and it helps to have a consistent cut. The only issue is that the stylist tend to be cranky and not that nice.
