Checked in online. Went in and there were 3 people in waiting room. The called for one which left me and another. They said it’ll be 15 min. But, multiple people walked in and apparently had an appt with them. Not on the screen. Then more people came in 30 minutes later and was seated first. My 15 minute wait time became over an hour. That’s not the way to make happy customers.

This was the absolute worst. I asked for an undercut and left long on the top. I showed her several pictures. First thing she did was act like she was combing the length in the front and whacked off the entire amount of length I had. On top of that the cut around the ears was uneven and stragglers hanging everywhere. This is why I never go to these fast food hair places but figured I’d give them one more shot. My money was refunded but that doesn’t change the fact I will have to wait months to get that length back. Thanks to the stylist who offered to shape it up, but no way I’m sitting back down in a chair there again. You definitely get what you pay for. Lesson learned.
