My stylist is excellent….but they pressure customers to sign in online, and their feedback tells you how long is the wait. The problem is ALWAYS that when you get to the shop, I find out there are 4 other people waiting for my stylist!!! IF YOU CANNOT SIGN IN WITH THE STYLIST YOU PREFER THEN GIVING ME A WAIT TIME IS STUPID….I’m looking for another shop….

Used to come here all the time to get my hair cut with Kyle, not sure if he still works here. The last two ladies blew threw my hair cut. The last one was a black lady with braces and she gave me a bald spot and didn’t show me until I asked for the mirror (she tried to get away with it) she only charged me 10 dollars for the cut but this will be the last time I’ll be coming here. All of the stylists seem to be in a bad mood, no small talk or rapport building. They just don’t seem to want to be there.

Booked online for cut, texted me to arrive in 15 minutes. When I got there was told 50 to 60 minutes, apparently they were short staffed, I waited and more people came in and were called right away. After waiting an hour, I walked out. Will never go there again

Jessi was my stylist. She was amazing. She totally listened and understood my hair challenges and put that to work providing me with an amazing cut and style I can work with.
