I booked online for the Berkshire Commons store in Naples. I waited about ten minutes once I arrived and had my hair cut by Jason. He was friendly. Didn’t talk my ear off but everything went well. My wife commented that this was the best haircut yet. Glad I went when I did. I also purchased a card for 15 haircuts for $13.99.

Beautician was nice but didn’t follow any of my requests, why bother asking? I feel like I still need a haircut to get it cut high and tight like I had asked, and I’m not getting that hair back from the bangs I asked not to be cut. I partially blame myself for not putting my glasses on.

We were able to walk in (my husband and myself) with out an appointment. We were welcomed and taken care of right away. We got great haircut’s. We were told that we could have made appointments as soon as 9/9:15 am, but we did not know until we were told at the shop. But, all in all, great haircut’s and service. Thanks Great Clips!

Short/no wait, friendly staff, clean shop, and great service. The few times I have been to this location I was shown great care. Even though I have a pretty simple cut, they take their time to make sure its right. Will definitely continue to use this particular Great Clips location.
