My first clue should have been when I asked how long she’d been doing hair, and she completely ignored me. I could tell when she was cutting my hair that it was done with blunt scissors, because she kept hacking at the same spot over and over again. I asked for layers. Got choppy, terrible hair. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I had to go to a professional to fix it, because who in their right mind thinks this is okay?

Hello, im from ohio and go to the great clips up here and i have to say the service here is ok it fluctuates from haircut to haircut. But on a recent trip to Cape coral florida i stopped at a great clips over by Hancock bridge and i was absolutely blown away by the customer service i got from stormie. We talked about miscellaneous things and i was very comfortable. After the hair cut she took the seconds that count to explain to me how certain hair cuts are done like fades. All i can say is im very impressed and when i come back down which is quite often i will be going back there. Thanks again .

I will never go back there again. The older gentleman that cut my hair did not listen to a word I said and just did whatever he wanted to do. Thank goodness my hair will grow back. It’s way too short and I told him just to trim a little bit off the top and he continued to butcher me. I work outside and I’m also blonde which means my scalp burns very easily if I don’t have any hair on top of my head but he did not listen to a word I said.
