Went into my Milton st Great Clips other day. The only person free was a man named Jack. Before he even took my name he nervously asked me questions about my hair, how long, what I wanted done etc. Acted like he did not know how to cut my basic long hair with layers trim. Thank goodness he went and got somebody else to do it because there was no way I was going to let him touch my hair. My haircut is so basic. I am not even fussy. Made me very nervous that he was basically saying he doesn’t know how to cut my hair! I have been going here for years and never had a problem. Everybody is very friendly and always got a good haircut since my hair is so easy to do. I never saw this guy there before and I hope they don’t keep him because he made me feel like he was so inexperienced and not a very good look for great clips.
