I’m a guy, and was very happy with my cut. I saw some female customers there, but mostly male. However my stylist was not wearing a mask (I was), complained about being hot one minute and cold the next, and had a constant sniffle. I couldn’t wait to get out of there.

Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueI have used Choice for several years. The trend has been prices go up cleanliness and quality decreases. Last haircut was late due to travel and health, as usual I wanted the hair tight on sides off the ear even on top. I showered when I got home there was a large amount of cut hair left on my head and the hair in different places was over my ear and very uneven. Worse my head scabbed up and itch terribly for about 3 days until I used medicated shampoo 2x/day for 3 days. I was hurting and didn’t check as I usually do before I left. I have used Choice for several years. The trend has been prices go up cleanliness and quality decreases. Last haircut was late due to travel and health, as usual I wanted the hair tight on sides off the ear even on top. I showered when I got home there was a large amount of cut hair left on my head and the hair in different places was over my ear and very uneven. I have given this chop shop every benefit of the doubt but after this last haircut I am through with them. The stylist (HA!) was supposed to trim the sides with a number 8 (one-inch) guide but I got hacked with a number 1 guide and now my scalp is exposed. The transition between the sides and the top is uneven throughout. My wife had to shave my neck when I got home because this hacker failed to notice that this was part of her job. She didn’t spend four minutes on me before she said I was done. I have never seen the same cutter twice at this shop. Where do they come from, and where do they go? Do they have any qualifications for cutting hair? Apparently not!

Filthy dirty facilities. Combs and clippers not being cleaned between customers. Hair left on floor between customers as I sat and waited. Aprons used from one customer to the next without being even wiped off and no sanitizer in sight. Front desk guy coughed and sneezing into his arm without going back to the restroom to wash off, took next customer to give a haircut. I had used this place before but never again after observing this. I walked out. Absolutely inexcusable. The health department needs to visit this place and shut it down.
