Ii go to great clips all the time one thing i really like they put in the computer how I asked for my hair to be cut and what number the shears blade was used. Makes it nice for the next time I go I can change it or keep it depending on how I liked the cut. So no matter who cuts your hair they know what you want. You can make appointments on line. They have senior citizen discounts.

I went in with shoulder length hair. I asked for a long bob. What I got was a shaved neck and hair just to the tip of my ear. It has taken me years to get my hair that long and my stylist Cheryl cut off more than 3 inches. I was about in tears. I even had to pay for the cut. They offered a free cut next time I go in but do they realize it will take several years to grow back and I won’t be coming back. I learned my lesson. I DON’T RECOMMEND CHERYL FOR A STYLIST.

Knocked down from 3 stars to one. After dropping the clippers more than once during the cut, my stylist had the guard pop off as she was buzzing the back of my head. My hair is thinning and I’m an old guy, so it’s not the end of the world, but it is the end of my visits to this store.
