Got my haircut here yesterday, went in today to ask them if they could put it in a ponytail for me because I have a formal dinner that I need to go to. And they told me they would have to charge me another $17 for a full haircut in order for them to put the rubber band in my hair. Horrible customer service, very rude. Will never go back here again.

Found this location with the help of a forwarded coupon from the family member . There were two of us getting haircuts this day. One man’s haircut and one woman’s. Checked in with the mobile app was given a 15 minute and 27 minute wait time. Was went in after waiting appropriate amount of time and receiving a text message was immediately taken to a seat to be given my haircut. I found both employees working there that day to be very friendly and helpful. The woman working on my haircut was very knowledgeable and helpful with advice on hair products etc. She used straight razor technique on my hair that I have a hard time finding anyone who has the qualifications and experience to be able to do to my hair. I’m happy with the cut she gave me and her fast service. For the man’s haircut he requested a mid top fade and it was a good cut. Remember the name? Rut was the stylist who did that cut. Be sure to request her if this is what you’re looking for.

This shop does not specialize in doing African-American hair not even trimming. They made us feel very uncomfortable. My nieces hair is very thick. They said they could do it and give up on her hair . She is 7 years old and all I could do is get her up and bring her home and straighten it up my self and trim it to the best of my ability my feels is hurt !
