I had 3 of my kids get hair cuts here today and they are definitely nice but you can’t count on much past that. I have had problems with this place every time and they always convince me to give them another chance with a free hair cut that we never seem to get. Well I gave them the last chance today. My son wanted spiked up hair like a mowhawk but only on the top, well the lady didn’t listen and cut his hair way too short that we now can’t spike it at all. To top off the super short hair he didn’t want, she cut his ear and had no idea she had even did it. When we got checked out I noticed all the blood from his ear and said something. Guess what happened, nothing that’s what. I didn’t get a discount or free hair cut for messing up his cut or him getting cut. At the last minute when I said something I was told, well I did give you the cuts for $16, to which I replied that is the price of a kids cut. Again nothing was done except handing my kid yet another free hair cut card that I will definitely not be using! Be warned they are friendly but do not take care of their customers properly.

Won numerous corporate awards for quality. Bit of a drive from St Pete….only 5 miles. Check out booking sign in system, so you’ll be able to go at your convience.

Hairdresser took their name Then took my info and said it will be a 30 minute wait. Told the lady I was there first and her response was HOW DO I KNOW THAT. So I guess she thinks I was fibbing so I just walked out. This was a new lady I never seen there before. I have been going to Great clips over 15 years same location.
