This was my first time at a Great Clips salon. I was pretty nervous coming in as I have some bad experiences with different hair salons. I checked in online and I was greeted by Kelsey once I came in. She was so sweet and friendly. Listened to me while I explained what I wanted and did exactly what I asked. The haircut is perfect and I am more than happy! We were talking the whole time. Kelsey is very friendly and also a professional and knows what she’s doing.

Signed up on app, I got there my name not on list. Resigned in said 5 min wait then 18 minute wait, then 10 minutes then 5 , then 18 , two employees left. 28 minutes I left after waiting 49 minutes.
