Went there for a haircut. Was asked if I had checked in online. I said no and they told me no problem they would check me in. They had two customer’s in the chair so no problem. There were no names on the wait list screen so I was expecting that I would be next. Five minutes later names started to appear on this list. When the lady finished cutting a customer’s hair, she cleaned up then went and called the next name on the list without even taking my name. By this time, 10 minutes later, there were 6 names on this list and I was ignored. I left. Will not be back.

I only wish that I could check to see who’s working on a particular day, so I can make an appointment with my favorite stylist. I also love the Solutions by Great Clips product line. The quick-dry pre-styler is a miracle worker on my hair.
