Critical: ProfessionalismNow with update at bottom….I check in on line 52 min early. I showed up at great clips 10 min early & check in. The lady told me 5 min so I stepped out side. When I went back in they took a walk in over me. I still had to sit there for 15 min or so waiting for the walk in to finish. This happens quit a bit at this great clip that you check in on line you still have to wait 15-20 min. There is no point of checking in. If you do, show up late & you might get in on time. There tip reflect this ervice. The lady I had shaved half of my face when I just asked for a hair cut. I asked why she did that. Then she said I’ll do the whole thing. I was afraid to see what would happen if I let her. Then she started to laugh & shaved the other side to match the F up she did. I thought she was go back for the side burns. I was wrong. So no tip & this review….. Tried them again. They would not honor the online promo code with out a promo number & the promo is advertised on Facebook… Plus the hair dresser was quick. It felt like she just wanted to get to the next person & not care about the one she was cutting. Why do i say that because, she said another one down. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI faced it again.This time is negligence. I thought of giving this location a trial for my family member.I did online check in before 30 min with 19 min waiting time. Received a message to be there saying that in 15 min my turn comes in. I entered early and waited 28 min even after entering the store. They gave their services who were literally after us. If they wanted people to wait for such long times, why do they even ask us to do online checking system. One of the staff is looking at me and knows I am first on queue in their system – but still they are not bothered to call me. At least that lady didn’t even tried to say something to me. What a staff!!!!! UffThese guys literally ate my precious time.I am not encouraging myself or my family any more to take the services in this particular location. And sharing this worst experienceI was not able to write a positive review on this salon. I had a very bad experience and got hair cut from a lady who don’t have proper skills ( expected great about the great clips.).. They just ruined my hair. I am so sad. Critical: ProfessionalismThe location is fairly new and convenient. But, service is poor. First, the person who cut the hair was upset about something and said “I’m not doing this all day” loudly and in front of several customers. Second, she appeared in a hurry and did not ask whether the cut was acceptable. She reluctantly obliged after I asked to trim a bit more. She should have cut more as I asked but stopped halfway. First, the person who cut the hair was upset about something and said “I’m not doing this all day” loudly and in front of several customers. Second, she appeared in a hurry and did not ask whether the cut was acceptable. She reluctantly obliged after I asked to trim a bit more. She should have cut more as I asked but stopped halfway.
