Hours of operation leave something to be desired. 5pm on workdays means you’re not getting a haircut if the traffic decides you’re not going to.. In the past this spot was a go-to. While I do enjoy the continuity of the notes on my hair, the store and website also stated the stylist would be masked. Except, not this time. Just a plastic face shield with an open bottom. Will definitely consider other locations. It’s certainly.. here.

Made an appointment, online, it said 18 minute wait. Arrived 10 minutes later, 2 ladies working on 2 ladies hair. We were advised that they use in a hour and wont have time to do our hair?? She was very rude about it! I explained that we had checked on online and it said 18 minutes, she said that she did not care. As we were leaving, one of the ladies getting their hair cut, was finished and left?? If I owned that store, I would be upset that they chased $35 worth of business away on a slow Saturday! If I could give zero stars I would. I went in on Friday to have my hair cut. I showed Renee a picture of what I wanted and my cut looks nothing like the picture. My hair is cut so short from the nape of my neck to above the crown, and both sides, that it’s less than a half a centimeter long. The top of my head the hair is less than half an inch long until you get to my bangs which are 1 inch long. It looks absolutely horrific. I had to come home and order a wig and have it expedited to me because I’m too embarrassed to leave my home. The customer service is the POOREST I have ever dealt with. I contacted them and the owners won’t even talk to me about it. They just had Renee tell me that they will refund me the $14 for the cut but won’t even consider refunding me for the wig that I HAD to buy because they said I CHOSE to buy it. It will take many months to get my hair back on track, so I had no choice but to buy a wig. I will NEVER be back, and advise everyone to be very careful because you may leave there with a completely different hair cut then you wanted!!!!
