Great Clips

Critical: QualityIt was my first time coming to any great clips location. I usually use hair cuttery, but the location I use closed down. I have thick curly hair. I only asked for a trim, nothing complicated.What I didn’t know about this business is, they use water bottles, instead of sinks to wet your hair for cutting. That’s what I was told by the hairdresser after I questioned the water bottle. My hair was drying and curling before my hair cut was finished! The hair dresser was also pulling my hair as she cut it so it was hard to keep my head straight. Since my hair was half dry, my haircut came out totally botched! Right before my haircut was finished, I saw another hairdresser take a gentleman to the sink to get his hair washed.Don’t ever come here if you have curly hair. Critical: ProfessionalismTypical lazy employees I walked in at 5:45 to find them both sitting in chairs talking to each other and they said we are closed. I asked what time do you close and they said 6 o’clock with 15 minutes to go they were just relaxing doing nothing and refused to cut my hair that will be the last time I visit that place. .

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI’ve been going here for a couple of years now…Mirsada and Peggy both do a wonderful job cutting hair. Both are very professional and experienced. Both offer ideas and know what they are doing. Using the online app for check-in is key to avoiding long wait times.
