I looked for a long period of time to find a hairdresser familiar with the proper training for cutting naturally curl hair, which I have had to deal with since childhood until I found Roz. She takes care to use the best products and separates and trims and is one of the few who understands it must be cut dry as it will curl up too tight and look very short. She is also fun to chat with and displays nothing but professionalism. If you are in need of a great cut/trim stop by Great Clips and ask for Roz. I really wish I have read the reviews before going there with my son. There is this guy with long hair that is just unprofessional and rude!! He cut my 3 year old hair and gave me attitude because I ask him please cut a little higher and clean more the lines. He just went angry and gave me his back while cutting my child haircut. I just though he was having a bad day…After the cut I like always gave some tip and desire him a good rest of his day and tell him thank you ,even my 3 year old kid said thank you to him . He just IGNORED US! AND TURN AROUND! .. we just walk away with a ugly hair cut that will have to be redone in another place! I had been a customer on greenacres and jog road locations for 2 years now.
