This place is terrible. My husband took my son here twice and they messed him up yet again. If you don’t know how to line someone up don’t do it. Don’t set yourself up for failure. We will stick with an actually barbershop moving forward. Do yourself a favor and spend a little extra because this isn’t it.

I tried this Great Clips for the first time today, based on reviews, and a referral. I arrived a few minutes before they opened, and they opened on time, which I appreciated. The first stylist who greeted me, isn’t what you’d call a people person, but I overlooked that. Fortunately, for me a second stylist came in, so I requested Steph cut my hair. She did a fabulous job, and I am quite happy with the results. My previous stylist went MIA, which required me to venture out of my comfort zone. Steph is very personable, easy to chat with, and took time to understand what I was looking for, or wanted different than the current overdue mess of hair I presented her with. I will continue with Steph as my new stylist! Happy with my hair once again.

Online check in always works and I never wait more than a few minutes. They currently offer Tu – Th (7p – 9p) $9,99 haircut. Parking super easy as it’s located in a shopping plaza. Staff always great nothing to complain about. They get that job done quick which is what I like!

This was my first visit since moving in the area and didn’t realize they closed at 7pm. I came shortly before they closed and Peggy welcomed me in without hesitation (and the two others who came in after closing while she was cutting my hair). She took her time wasn’t rushed and gave ideas and suggestions. In addition to being nice she did an amazing job on my hair. I will definitely be back to see her again!

They did a horrible job, they saved the numbers of the tools from the previous haircut but my child looks almost bold, nothing like the previous haircut and seems like they don’t care, my son is very upset now and doesn’t want to go to the school. I am not coming back. Waste of money!

This is my second time driving farther from home to go to this location over Westview Drive location. The staff here treat my grandson with much more kindness and professionalism, they also use the call ahead app correctly. They seem genuinely happy to offer their services and it makes it a pleasure to go a few more miles to enjoy that.
