Critical: Professionalism, QualityWalked in, person working asked if I signed in online and when I responded with no she didn’t stop what she was doing and come sign me in like any other hair cut place and people that did sign in online continued to walk in and leave me at the back of the line. That’s SUPER unprofessional. When you have a customer in front of you, you stop what you’re doing and sign that person in. Also, why was there only 1 person working here when clearly 6 people were in the store? This place needs some work for sure. Hire people that actually provide customer service.
