I have been going to great clips stores for over 10 years. I consider myself a loyal customer. Every year I buy their $10.99 prepaid card, and I always take a picture of my receipt and the card in case I lose it. This has never been a problem for great clips stores, manually they enter my card information and I use my card , until the manager of the lake hart store told me that this is not possible(11/16/2022 , 6pm), shedidn’t want to help me even though I said toher that I have always used this card this way and never had any problems until now.

Usually go to this great clips location and have a good experience. Got a haircut from Sonia today and she didn’t seem happy and did a bad on a simple buzzcut. Only did one pass over with the clippers and didn’t line up the back even. Had to have my wife fix it. Haircut

Used to be our regular place before pandemic and going back after almost 2 years was a happy dance to finally get a haircut. The ladies who did our haircuts and shampoo were great, friendly. The lady who checked us in was not a friendly person and a little snappy. It’s a place of service and the places of service need to show some respect.
