This was supposed to be a trim with long layers and angled front… it looks nothing like any of the mentioned. The lady was nice when making conversation, her name is LUZ. I had my hair shampooed and then cut. Now I understand why her eyes started widening while my hair was drying, and another stylist had a sarcastic smile on her face. I even gave her a nice tip, thinking my hair would look great after i washed off the product she put on it. Then air dried it and straightened it. I would had been better off cutting it myself. There goes all the time i spent growing my hair. ♀️ This has never happened to me at a great clips before.

O.M.G. Michelle gave me a $200 service MINIMUM for the price of a cheap haircut I was like WHAT? So this was a really important haircut for me. My hair was really distracting and I was losing acting opportunities. My hair also didn’t look like my. headshots anymore but I was terrified to get my hair done because no one knows how to do curly hair. The last guy I had was amazing but he was out of state. And the woman before him told me straight up mid-cut that she really didn’t know about curly hair. It didn’t turn out great, sadly. My hair was so grown out and gross. In like fifteen minutes I was out with this hair.

I used this location about 4 years ago for my perm and was thrilled with the results. This time I went in and got a lady Michelle who had never did a long haired perm with spiral rods before. She was left by herself to do it. I was very patient with her with hopes that it would come out just as good. Not one person checked on us to see how it was going. It literally took her 3 hours to roll my hair! Ridiculous amount of time considering my hair is half the length it was when I had it done 4 years ago. Michelle really tried her best but its now 3 days later and I have spots of my hair where it’s still straight. Luckily its in the back underneath so it’s not as noticeable but I’m still not happy at all. The overall situation was beyond unprofessional and uncomfortable. She did also complain the whole time about doing the perm which made me super uncomfortable and was very unprofessional. I do NOT recommend getting your hair permed or treated at this location anymore. Sadly it’s not at all what it was 4 years ago. Oh and I ended up paying over $100 for the worst perm I have ever seen or had in my life.

All of the ladies are great… but ask for Michelle… SHE IS THE BEST. Be sure to check in virtually online before you arrive. It will save you a ton of time in the waiting room. I alm8sy always go right in as soon as I arrive.

Yeah so I was worried about trying this place but no. I got a great haircut. Really I’m picky and this worked out nicely. The only downside was the wait, definitely check in online for a streamlined experience. Will be coming back.

I went in to donate my hair. I asked for 9 inches to be cut off (which did happen), but the stylist only wanted to cut it one way and I asked for at least two ponytails for a more even cut. I should have gotten up from the chair when she told me she’d only cut it in one ponytail before she cut anything but I didn’t. After the 9 inches were cut off. I showed the stylist a picture of what I wanted my hair to look like when completed and expressed several times I needed it long enough to put in a ponytail since I have to wear my hair up at work and I would like no shorter than collarbone. When shown the picture she barely looked at it and said, “Yeah yeah yeah, I know!” She cut off an additional two inches of my hair which ended up being shoulder length and barely able to get into a ponytail. I left with nothing like the picture…layers included and everything was uneven.
