My husband had received two haircuts from Michelle. The first one we noticed that she cut a little too much hair around his ears and missed a few long hairs. I trimmed them to fix it when he got home. Not a huge deal. The second time she cut his hair, she was rude and very unprofessional. Again, cut too much around his ears but missed several long hairs. She also cut the very front of his hair shorter than the rest. His sideburns are uneven and she left a patch of long hair at the crown of his head. I’m not typically one to post bad reviews but it’s one thing to be bad at your job but to also be hateful is another. If he returns to this location, he will request another stylist.

My boyfriend came in for a haircut on October 23rd and we had no idea it was before closing, no one informed us upon asking to get the cut. he was taken back immediately and i had left to pick something up and when i came back my the door was locked and my boyfriend informed me that they closed. they closed 2 minutes before they finished his hair. He had told me how the lady who cut his hair had quite a bit of attitude. he gets the sides shaved and keeps it long on top. She blew the hair off his neck for a second before ripping the thing off of him throwing hair everywhere. we get home and he takes down the top of his hair which is in a bun and a chunk of his long hair fell out. because she was rushing, she took a chunk out of his hair. please tell me this isn’t normal service…

I went on sat the 20 for a haircut. Been there 3times before and always had a good experience. This time I had the worst hairdresser ever. I only needed wet and cut. Just wanted it to style the way it looked before. When she finished I had a boys haircut. I am 76. Not what I wanted. She was also rude. Maybe she had a bad day. I left a tip even though I cannot go out for it is so bad of a cut. It will take my hair 6 months to grow out. Awful! This woman has black hair and no manners. Older people want to look good too.

Worst experience I’ve ever had @ Great Clips. I typically only ever go for a cut once every 6 months @ my local Great Clips in Cooper City but I was in Titusville for a family event so I’d figure I’d come in for a wash blow dry & style, I was on the road that day and all I had were pajamas on so maybe I looked out of the sorts but either way I should’ve never been treated the way I was, the hairdresser was extremely rude and aggressive and I had to walk out, I felt so sore after I didn’t even get halfway through…I was in such disbelief that this was actually happening to me. It felt like she didn’t want to blow dry nor style my hair, just felt like she was purposely being aggressive and she even told me “Don’t you know beauty is pain?” after attempting to ask her to maybe use a softer less hard bristled brush that felt like was ripping off my hair and she kept brushing hardly on my scalp then to pull extra hard?? First time I’ve ever gotten a blow dry like that it wasn’t even done properly nor finished since I just had to walk out it was too much to deal with. Hairdresser w/ short straight black hair is a no go, avoid her at all costs. Great Clips needs to do better and hire people that aren’t going to be aggressive, rude & tell their clients to basically deal with the pain. If I could give this zero stars I would.

I’ve been taking my son here for the last year. His last haircuts have been good but today was terrible. Michele butchered my sons hair. She was done in less than 5 minutes. She cut his hairline up over an inch of where it naturally is supposed to be, left harsh lines and uneven hairs everywhere and destroyed the top. She cut his skin and left him covered in hair, she literally had him get up from the chair and his whole face was covered in hair. I’m so angry and I feel terrible for my son since there is no way to hide the damage she did. I will never go back here again. Like I said I’ve never had an issue until today but man what a screw up.

Amazing how many 1 star reviews at this location are about the same person. I stopped going here a year ago because I got tired of having to go home and fixing my hair after she cuts it and leaves uneven/long hair all over…. It got to the point where if I walked in and she was the only one working I would just leave…. And yet it continues to be an issue for others.
