I am surprised that I am rating this business so highly. You can sign in with their app so you have almost no wait at all. I always get a different stylist but I’ve never been disappointed. They are friendly without being too chatty and very attentive to what I want done. This pace is a great example of a reliable, customer focused business.

Went this morning to get my hair trimmed. Literally ended up walking out with wet hair into the rain. It has been awhile since I’ve been here since one of my favorite stylists isn’t here anymore. But i gave them a chance. Everything was fine. After my shampoo, I sat down and asked the stylist, based on me not having a trim in a while, how much did she think I should cut. The stylist said I’m not goinf to answer that, this is your hair it ain’t mine.. I tried to ask again and explain why i asked her suggestion, and from there, I would be able to decide if I wanted to go shorter or longer than that. She got loud and rude with me and refused to answer my question. She repeated over and over she wasn’t going to tell me her recommendation. I said you’re the professional and I am asking you for advice. Just because you give me a suggestion, it’s still up to me to decide if I go with it. I just want to know what you would suggest on the amount to cut based on my split ends and damage she sees..I told her I wouldn’t get mad at her. in front of her other co wrker, she’s still refuses to answer my question and continually telling me, its my hair, she just cuts it and she will not tell me anything or suggest an amount to cut. After trying to talk to her, i finally said you’re not going to do my hair. She told me that was fine I can wait for the other stylist who went to pick up Chinese food to get back… I said nevermind, I don’t want to get my hair trimmed here anymore. I am going to leave. I took my 8 year old here to get a haircut and the woman who cut his hair was so impatient and short with him. To make matters worse, she had lost her voice, which made it impossible to hear what she was saying . She was getting frustrated with my son because he didn’t understand her instructions. She would push his head and shoulders every time he could not understand her verbal directions to reposition him, and he would shrink back, she was obviously making him uncomfortable, but the stylist seemed impervious to it. I explained to her that neither he nor I could understand what she was saying, and that she was not being patient. To which she gestured to her throat and said she had lost her voice, like that is an excuse for treating a CHILD poorly. She also knicked him behind his left ear she was going so fast and was weirdly aggressive about it. No apology, nothing. I paid and got out of there as fast as I could. I asked my son if he liked his haircut, to which he said, “It’s ok, but do we have to come back here again?” No, we definitely don’t and we won’t be.
