I put my husband in the online check in, and he went in five minutes before he was supposed to be seen, according to the text Great Clips sent us. A woman in there told him he was late and put two people lower on the list in front of him. When my husband spoke up, she mumbled about how no one has any patience anymore. If you’re looking for better services, go to the Knights Barbershop right next door. A little more expensive, but they had stellar service and gave my husband an excellent haircut.

Phyllis was super sweet, she listened to me, offered good suggestions, did exactly what I asked, and was very fast and professional. There was only one other customer and stylist there, and all wore masks. I also like the online waitlist no reservations system. Made it easy to pop in when I had time. For $17 it’s a really amazing deal.

I came in today in hopes of catching Lori before she got off for the day, but by the time I got there she was already gone. I wish I would have waited, and came back in a couple of days when I knew she would be there. The lady who cut my hair was nice, and my cut didn’t turn out awful, but it wasn’t what I wanted. I even brought reference pictures for exactly what I was wanting, but my cut doesn’t look like the pictures at all. I left feeling disappointed because it wasn’t the exciting change I was looking forward to. Tomorrow I’m going somewhere else to have it fixed up the way I want it. Next time I will wait for Lori or get my haircut somewhere else.
