Came in with a very grown out short haircut, the longest piece went to my shoulders, and the shortest piece went to the middle of my neck. I went in with a picture of a Bob cut (all even) except for the bangs, which were layered. I came out with the exact same thing I walked in with, just way shorter, so I now have to wait until it grows out for another 6 months. I’m so disappointed. I don’t understand how you can mess up so badly when someone shows you a picture.

Often times when you visit salons like this they generally don’t have anyone who can cut people of color hair. To my surprise out walks Sharon, dressed professional, haircut was on point I knew I was in good hands. I wasn’t feeling good so my conversation and how I wanted my haircut was limited. They have been cutting my kids’ hair for years and we have always been happy. Now they all want longer curly cuts or edgy emo curly cuts and there are certain stylists that are excellent working with curls and adapting what my kids say they want to look great with the hair they have. We will remain happy customers. Update: lost most of my hair due to Post-COVID Syndrome. My stylist gave me a lot of sympathy and advice on how I should have him cut it so it wouldn’t look so thin. Exceptional service.
