Nobody knows what they’re doing. Went there a month ago to get the sides and back of my head shaved and left with uneven patches on the sides and then this time around went in for the same thing and ended up with a bunch of hair being shaved off because he kept going too far up and getting the clippers stuck in my hair.

Absolutely terrible ownership. Drove 30 minutes to get my haircut on Friday just to realize that they had changed their hours and closed early. Went to get my haircut on Saturday and realized that they were no longer open on Saturdays. Went to get my haircut once again on Sunday and as always checked in online, when they were supposed to be open until 5:00 p.m. got there at 1:53 and there was a sign on the door saying they were going to close at 2:00. They would not let me in or even acknowledge that I was there when I knocked on the door. I’ve been getting my haircut there since the day they opened and would never go back at this point. Don’t know what’s going on there, because their last manager, I believe his name was Jeremy was great. I would have to assume that at this point the owner has already decided to close the doors.

We love Jordan. He does a great job and almost always has people waiting on him but you don’t have to wait long because he is quick and to the point. The boy’s won’t let anyone else cut their hair and he always does a great job!

I just went to get a haircut I went in and Jordan was checking someone out at 5 pm. I sat down and noticed a hand written sign that stated new hours 9-5 , when he finished I asked can you still get me done he looked at his watch and said it’s 5:02 we close at 5 I told him I have a business trip tomorrow, he said we open at 9am and walked towards the back and I left. I have faithfully been a customer since they opened, after that I will never return!!

This used to be my “go to” Great Clips. Checked in online today only to show up at 2:01pm to be told they closed at 2:00. How about updating that on your web site so it won’t let me check in? I liked this place because of their military discount as well, however I will not be back. To the person who told me you were closed, you missed out on a great tip.

I went in there knowing a lot had to be taken off due to dead ends and straight ratchetness… I dont have her name right now but she did a really good job. Especially during these hard times. Bought 2 wet brushes and some sexy hair shampoo and conditioner… She was a great sales person too. Thank you.
