Went in for a trim. Checked in online and got served right away when I walked in. Krystle was my stylist and did fantastic. No question on her competency. I have wavy hair that’s just past my shoulders. I had her trim up my layers. She did great. Added a bit of texture so it’s not too blunt. Krystle was also very friendly, down to earth, and easy to chat with. Highly recommend and would definitely request her in the future.

If I could give it 0 stars I would, took my son for a haircut showed the lady a referenced photo and in seconds she butchered my sons hair, nothing like the picture I showed her, on top of that she was so rude seemed evil and conniving, worst experience we’ve ever had. Never take your kids to this place unless you know and trust the stylist.

We went to this place just because the barber close to the area was closed at 9am. The new lady working in great clips doesn’t seem like she was trained well to do a SIMPLE haircut. My son’s haircut was horrible, I’m not even joking. I wish i could post pictures of what we showed them we wanted and the horrible finish product. The hair was not even, lots of hair clumps all over. One of the ladies was giving her instructions on how to use a razor on my sons hair? It took them at least 45 mins to finish a toddler’s haircut???? I told them they’re practicing on my sons hair, i gave them 2 attempts to make it right but had to stop them before they shave off my sons hair completely. We still paid for the service but please beware and ask for a more trained staff. Or they should have asked us first if it’s ok that a trainee will work on my son’s hair. It’s a shame but we’ll not be back to this one.
