I visited this place as I had previously to get a very simple and straight trim. Once in the chair the stylist cut about an inch off straight across as I had asked for. I asked if she could take about another inch off indicating a length mid breast. She then began to tell me how she thought having a flat cut made my hair unattractive and would be much prettier if it had some “dimension” I agreed to let her give it some because of the comment she had made but indicated that nothing could be shorter than the length I had indicated previously, that I needed it to fit into my hair clip. At one point it seemed that she was cutting the front entirely to short and I spoke up I said that seems really short are you sure that will go back into a pony tail , she assured me I would be able to put it up just fine so I allowed her continue, this was my mistake. With out realizing just how short she had actually cut it I paid and left , when I go back to my work I attempted to put it up in my hair clip only to have curtain bags falling out with how short it was I immediately was pretty upset , and began crying. I called back and spoke to the manager about 10 mins after I had left and she expressed that she could only offer for me to come back for her to go through the hair cut and attempt to even it out , I told her no that would involve making the hair even shorter and it was already horrendously short. I then got off the phone with her. I called back approximately 15 minutes after that to ask for my money back as I had discovered even more parts of my hair that were only about an inch shorter than my chin. The manager refused to give me a refund, she said her only offer was to fix it now or I could wait until it grows out and get another haircut now, I explained to her it had taken me years to grow out my hair that long as it grow very slowly and that I had no wish of coming back to the establishment, all I wanted was my money back. I admit I should have inspected more throughly before paying and leaving the store however I was on my lunch break and trying not to doddle. The manager gave half effort apologies and refused a refund. I would never visit here again . First two photos are after leaving the salon, the third is how long my hair was previously.

Don’t bother going. They’ll lie to you and make you wait an hour and then sit people who came in after you. They obviously don’t know how to run a business. Spend you $ somewhere else 0/10 don’t recommend.

Came here last week with my son he sat in the chair closest to the door on the left when you walk in I believe her name was Sandra. My son wanted a simple cut he keeps the top long and braided so all he need was the sides faded and a lining. His lining was so far wrong and the sides she just took a 1guard and cut straight down and said he was done. She was on the phone while trying to cut my sons hair saying how she was soon moving to a different salon. Very unprofessional and a horrible hair cut. I told my self I would never come back but the girls there today were amazing

Critical: ProfessionalismI’m very annoyed. I am on a business trip, and needed to get my haircut. Based on my travels I checked in on line. The wait was 45 minutes. No worries, I was driving up I-75 and would arrive in about 30 minutes. When I arrived there was a sign on the door that they were sorry about the inconvenience but they were closing early at 5 pm.I not upset about that, I’m upset that it’s not an inconvenience, it’s a problem. 1. Turn off the app allowing reservations on line if your not going to be open. 2. Be professional and call people that are making reservations that are showing up on your screen to let them know not to come. And yes I saw my name on the screen through the door, and yes I saw you look up at me while you were still behind the counter with the door locked.I’m very annoyed.
