This place sucks! Did online check in with a 10 minute wait. Arrived at the shop informed them that I did an online check in and I made a request for Terry to cut my hair. I was told to wait while Terry finished with her current customer. She finished with her customer checked them out, swept the floor, and disappeared. After waiting a total 30 minutes since my arrival she never returned and I ended up walking out. In my opinion this is terrible customer service not to mention rude. Would not recommend this place since they don’t seem to value their customers time.

Both my wife and I had our hair cut on the same day by two different stylists and both of us had the worst cuts ever. My wife had to go to another hair salon and have the mess that was her cut fixed. Don’t know where these stylists get their training but dog groomers could have done a much better job. Will never return to Great Clips!

There is a very large woman working there that has her face painted white with white hair. she is probably one of the rudest women I’ve ever met in my life. Do not go there. I am not saying that all employees at that location are rude. But I would avoid that location next time I’m going to drive 10 miles further to a different one or just cut it myself that woman was extremely rude. Even the other employees there were rolling their eyes and looking at me about her poor attitude.

BEWARE!!! If I could give this review zero stars I would. I used their check in service arrived five minutes prior to check in and 45 minutes prior to close. Drove 30 minutes to get here took off early from my job when I arrived the stylist informed me they were two other people behind me who just need to cuts and not a blow dry and I was going to take too long so they were not going to help me. Do not go there!!! pick a another place like I should have instead of wasting my time.

I told her yes, not realizing that she done without any drying, mousse, or gel to finish it off. I left running my fingers through my hair to help it dry before putting on my helmet. Haircut

My first time at any Great Clips. When looking for a place to have a haircut in this area the prices ran from $65-up. I have tried three different places in the area and have never been satisfied. Enter Great Clips by Publix. Melissa was the best! She took her time and meticulously gave me the best short haircut ever! And the cost!!! $11!!!
