My boyfriend and I just went in for a haircut for his birthday and it wasn’t until after we walked out that he showed me multiple cuts behind his ears. I’ve been here a few times before and haven’t had this experience until now but every time they squeeze us between other appointments and rush to get us out of the way and I feel as though this was the result because the kid before us didn’t have any cuts and they made sure to get all the hair off of him so shouldn’t everyone get the same?

I think Nicole was the name of the woman cutting my hair (very curly blonde hair) and it’s the worst haircut I’ve ever had. I’m not particular about my hair but this is truly awful. She cut off about 6 inches and gave me horrible “layers”, which are just random chunks. Now there’s very little to work with. I had to schedule an appointment elsewhere to hopefully make this at least presentable.
