The online wait time is a bit inaccurate. We brought 3 boys in to get haircuts & they did a really great job. I think kids are considered 10 & under. All of mine were pre-teens, so charged as adults. It was about $18/ cut after tax, before tip. (12/2022) Once they started cutting they were fairly fast. No complaints on the haircuts. There was one stylist in particular that really helped us out deciding what to do with my sons hair as he has several cowlicks unfortunately I cannot remember her name.

Checked in online and 48 minute wait. Got my 15 minute notification and walked into the store. One of the stylists said long wait and to check in online and I said I did. Looked at the screen and second in line. There was a second stylist that was missing and I know that because in waiting 5-10 minutes there was hair all over her area. She finally showed up and took allot of time cleaning her area. The person ahead of me got called to get a haircut and I thought great I would be next. Nope another lady was called and I just waited. While waiting the stylists that was missing was cutting the lady’s hair and had to stop because she got a message on her Apple Watch and left the customer sitting while see walked to the back with her phone and eventually returned. The other stylists finished and came back to the register and said who’s next. I waited and she said Carl. I approached the counter and checked the computer and asked if I had ever been to that location and I responded no since I just moved here. She then said she had to push some buttons and next thing she said to the 5-6 waiting customers was who has been there the longest. I spoke up and said I checked in online an hour ago and she said you are next even though the screen said I was next. I walked out and said I would go somewhere else. I have been using your stores for over 8 years and never experienced this type of service. Will not return and will drive 20 more minutes to the beach location in hope of better service. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AND WILL NOT RETURN WITHOUT BIG CHANGES.

I went in for a haircut. I told the lady what I wanted and it was in my notes. She even read it out to me to make sure it was correct. Then she proceeds to completely mess up my hair cut. Never again will I go to great clips again. Along with messing up my haircut she completely cut my neck up. I have well over a dozen cuts on my neck. I highly suggest not going here unless you want you haircut jacked up.

Today was my 1st time going to Great Clips. I joined the wait-list online and I didn’t have to wait once I walked in. Emily was friendly and she did a spectacular job on my haircut! I have long hair and she trimmed the dry ends and gave me some layers. I think this is the best cut I’ve had in awhile. I will be back and will be referring my friends too. Great haircut for a great price!!
