I have always found this particular Great Clips located at Palmetto Pointe Marketplace to be the best in the area. It is reasonably priced, has great hours, is immaculately clean, and always very welcoming. And the haircuts are always dependably professional. But only today do I feel compelled to write a review, as I received a tremendous haircut here this morning which is far and away my most satisfying cut since I retired to Port Orange four years ago. I had my hair cut by a relatively new barber/stylist named Ina who really exuded tremendous personality and warmth while maintaining an ultra-high level of professionalism and skill. The minute she began to clip my locks I sensed I was in the hands of an artist, as she diligently and patiently clipped away, ministering to every small detail with the intensity and care of of a master sculptor! Needless to say, I was blown away by the final result and can highly recommend Ina to any of you guys out there that have been tirelessly searching for someone who can deliver top notch results on a consistent basis. So hasten down to Great Clips and ask for Ina, Artiste Extraordinaire. I promise you, you will not be disappointed!

Was in there tonight. Waited over half an hour until the last two guys were done. Very slow service. A family of 4 walked in, wanting multiple haircuts…had apparently checked in online. Did they check in before we started waiting? Highly doubtful. They skipped us so we left. The family even seemed embarrassed. I do not recommend this place to anyone. That was just not right. They don’t care about their customers

The staff was very friendly. They took my 87 year old mom and immediately immediately and gave her a really cute haircut. The reason they are not getting 5 star is I don’t like the fact that they try to push product on you.

Showed the women a picture of what I wanted. Straight across cut with long blended layers. Not at all what I got. Then while blowdry and straightening she burned the back of my neck with blow-dryer and my forehead while straightening. Charged me 40 dollars to straighten my hair and I had to come home and redo it cause it wasn’t straight. If the stylist is incapable of giving the customer what they want then they shouldn’t offer them the service. Will not return to this location. Thanks for making me hate everything about my hair.

I took my 4 year old son for a haircut. I showed the lady a picture and made it clear I wanted it long enough to add gel to the top and short on the sides. I went to sit with my 2 year old for his hair cut. When my 4 year old walked over to see me after his cut not only was I shocked the hair dresser dealing with my 2 year old was shocked. She apologized without me even saying how awful he looked. The top was short with random hairs sticking out. His bangs were so choppy it looked like he did it himself. His sides were cut above the ears straight across. The sides had no fading you could clearly see where the guards changed. She offered to fix it for me the best she could while apologizing over and over. Thankfully she was able to give him a decent cut. It had to be super short to fix the job from the first hair dresser. She wasn’t able to fix the ear part because the hair was already gone.
