Generally a decent haircut but this time stylist seemed rushed and was not happy with blend of cut on the sides. She was a manager from another location. My thought is she listens to corporate about turn and burn rather than taking the time to do it right. I noticed she look at my cut notes rather quickly before starting.

I didn’t ask for her name but she had very short, bright pink hair. Terrible customer service and doesn’t know how to cut curtain bangs. Right away she snipped inches off and didn’t do anything else for it. During the rest of the cut she would harshly comb my hair and drag it along. It’s like she had a bad day and was taking it out on my hair, unprofessional.
