I have been hunting stylists in the past six months. Tried multiple expensive personalized studios in both riverside and St.John area and can’t find the perfect one until I found out this “GEM” great clips. I had been here twice and Monica was my stylist. Both experiences were perfect. She is patient, very detailed and followed instructions based on my needs. I highly recommend her!!!

You get what you pay for i suppose. I had more faith after visiting a different location but let me WARN YOU! They can’t trim a beard and i suppose lining it up isn’t included or offered. He shaved it all once we got home.Thankful i only got a one inch trim. Never again!!! Beard trim, Haircut

This is the worst Great Clips I have ever been to. I made an online appointment and was waiting for them to text me. The website said they were opened till 7. I reached by 6 to check and they had locked it from inside. One of the hair stylists was cutting a kid’s hair. I waited outside till they opened. The father of the kid was kind enough to come and tell me that the stylist was cutting his daughter’ s hair. I was talking to him how I had made an appointment. The stylist came and just shut the door and asked me to come tomorrow without even apologizing or talking to me. I was so frustrated. Will never go back there.

I had an amazing haircut here today, even though there were people waiting to have their haircut and she was the only one, she didn’t rush to cut my hair which I liked, she took her time and she cut my hair with patience and made sure she did a great job. I plan every 3 Saturdays to get my son and myself a haircut, because the lady that normally works Saturdays at the Palencia location is great. But here it is, Saturday, the day of the week most people get out and get things done and this location is closed. What should be a local convenience is becoming a huge disappointment. Once again I will have to drive farther than I would like to get our haircuts. I plan every 3 Saturdays to get my son and myself a haircut, because the lady that normally works Saturdays at the Palencia location is great. But here it is, Saturday, the day of the week most people get out and get things done and this location is closed. What should be a local convenience is becoming a huge disappointment. I understand staffing shortages but to close at 6pm when most don’t get home from work/school till about that time is ridiculous… then open at 10. Also when I rush and get there at 547 and the door is locked with a sign reading open till 6pm is bad customer service. Long time Great Clips customer but probably no more

Critical: PunctualityBooked a check-in on line at 11:30 am got a text after 15 min stating I had 15 min left to show up.
