Had been a customer for years. I went in a few weeks back about 10-12 minutes prior to close and was greeted with “we’re closed”. I happened to mention the time and the person who greeted me this rudely (I believe her name was Liz) said to her coworker, “you can take him if you want to”. I felt so insulted that I decided at that moment I would leave and take my loyalty elsewhere. I bought product, got shampoos and haircuts here but will never again. I ended up going to a local competitor and found my favorite stylist at that location. Will be going there from now on. Called their corporate line to advise of the rude treatment and was advised the owner of this location would call me. They had the GM of this location call me. I asked for the owner and they indicated the owner would not and could only offer the owner/GM of another location. I guess the owner of this location could not be bothered with this type of thing.

She took a look at what I was hoping for and asked me questions that others have never in order to get to my desired look. She was truly a joy and did an amazing job. Came here did there app. Checked in when I got there and waited and waited. My name came to the top. Got skipped three times. Went to the front desk asked why. All I got was sorry. You will be next. Sorry to you too. You just lost a customer that has been going here for two years. I think you need to learn one if your name is on the list go by that list. Some folks have things to do.
