After checking in online with a 75 minute wait time, we show up and the lady could not even cut my daughter’s bangs at an angle. All she had to do was trim the bangs that were already cut at an angle. It wasn’t like she had to start from scratch. Plus the lady has an attitude because I wasn’t happy with the job she did and said well maybe you should go to who usually cuts her hair. So disappointing. Now we have to pay to our regular hairdresser to try and fix them. Would not recommend or use them again!

I have been coming to this location for well over 6 years. I can assure you after the stylist I had this evening I will never be back. Her snide remarks were not necessary for starters. Second I tried telling her what I wanted done and was totally ignored. I paid for my haircut and left a tip as no one should work for free before I voiced my complaint. However customer service should be a top priority.

Actually blown away at the quality of cut I received. I have routinely overspent at some upscale salons and have only been moderately happy with the results. This place was the first to open following the pandemic and I made an appointment with great reservation. The treatment and cut I got from Heather was amazing. I will a customer going forward. I’ve been going to this location since I moved to Oakleaf over two years ago. With a few exceptions, I usually had pretty good experiences. This has not been the case the last two visits. The last time, the stylist spun me around so I could not see what she was doing the whole time. I much prefer to face the mirror so I can watch what’s going on. About a week after the haircut, I noticed my hair seemed longer than usual. When I went back tonight, I found out, as I suspected, she’d used an 8 clipper instead of a 7.
