Terrible customer service. I called around 5:50 to be sure they had availability for a walk in trim. They assured me that if I was there before 6:30, they could. I arrived at 6:15, the time I told her I could be there when I called. There was one gentleman ahead of me and my name next on the screen. One other name pops up right after she checks me in and she said “oh wait, what time is it? Someone else just checked in online, it’s 6:18 we…. We can’t…”. However, there is no other person in store or walking up the sidewalk to come in (other than the gentleman before me). Meanwhile, the other stylist is saying a lists of other tasks she needs to get done before closing – none of which were mentioned when I called. I was there for 3 solid minutes after the discussion about what I was told on the phone and what time I arrived, etc. and still, no other person walking in. I understand the desire to go home when you’re scheduled, which is why I had the courtesy enough to call and check availability before just showing up. I also understand customer service, and prioritizing a customer who is in front of you…. you failed miserably. Had I been given the courtesy to be alerted to check in online, I might have taken priority over the walk-in in front of me. But that didn’t happen. You missed out on a nice tip from a person considerate of your time. Do better.

I ended up walking out due to the disrespect. The women were rude and I feel they were judgemental towards my tattoos. I was barely acknowledged and I was top on the list with a green check next to my name and when the other 2 people came they ended up still going before me. Also they refused to let me use the bathroom. I would not advise going to this location.

It is important to me to look good and be successful. The Great Clips in macclenny is the best Great Clips I’ve ever been to and has helped me to do just that. Not only is my hairdresser always kind and pleasant to be around but she is very meticulous in how she goes about cutting my hair. I typically go to Sports Clips all the way in Bartram Park and pay a lot more because that was the only place I found that they really cared about what they did. I’ve been to several other Great Clips that were not that great however from the first time I walked into this one it stood out to me as a place we’re they care about what they do. They don’t want me to leave unless they know it’s the best they can do. This kind of work ethic is dissipating fast in our culture so when l see it I do my best to value it. Thank you so much for your wonderful professional service. This is definitely my go-to place for when I want to look my best.

Been there a couple times it was ok last time this guy did it he literally had no clue what he was doing I had to explain the whole haircut a 15 min haircut took a whole hour not even exaggerating after all that I shaved my head bc he had messed it up so much my 6 year old could of done better and it would of been less stressful he made you feel so uncomfortable also stay away from here

Not to mention she only put layers in the right side of my head, something that I have to go and have corrected.
